Representation for executives who have earned a bigger platform than they have.
We are an agency. Senior operators hire us to represent them, and we place them into advisory board seats, stages, bylines, and the committees where reputations are actually made. You are the client. Not the product.
Twenty years of judgment, and no infrastructure for it.
Senior operators accumulate real expertise and no machinery for turning it into board seats, stages, and bylines. The work that would build a public profile sits alongside a job that already takes sixty hours.
Most of those placements happen through networks, not applications. A conference chair asks three people they trust. A nominating committee works from names already in the room. If you are not in that room, you do not hear about it, and no amount of posting puts you there.
That is not a personal failure and it is not a marketing problem. It is a distribution problem, and it is the one we exist to solve.
What we place you into
Six categories
01
Advisory board seats
Corporate, startup, university and nonprofit boards, where your judgment sits in the room with the people making the decision.
02
Speaking engagements
Conferences, corporate events, university programs and internal leadership sessions, paid and unpaid.
03
Writing and publishing
Bylined articles, trade publications, op-eds, and longer work that carries your name.
04
Workshops and executive education
Teaching sessions delivered inside university and corporate programs, to rooms of senior people.
05
Judging panels and awards committees
Awards programs, startup competitions, accelerator selection, and academic capstone review.
06
Podcasts, panels and media
Guest appearances and moderated panels, chosen for the audience rather than the download count.
Why us
We have spent years on the other side of the table.
Everyone here has worked inside university and corporate executive education, on the side that decides who teaches and who speaks. Our founder has worked with more than a hundred universities, building programs and recruiting the executives who teach them. One of us directs a university research center. One of us has run the university relations desk that decides who gets asked.
Those programs need speakers. Those boards need operators who have run something. Those universities need practitioners who can teach a room of executives without reading from a deck. We know the people who make those calls, because we have spent years making them ourselves.
This is what separates an agency from a coach. A coach can help you prepare for the room. We can tell you who runs it.

What we do not promise
-
We do not guarantee a board seat, a stage, a byline, or a fee. Anyone who does is either selling something else or has not been in this business long.
-
We do not sell seats. A seat that can be bought is worth what you paid for it and nothing more.
-
We turn away more people than we take, and we say no in the first conversation rather than six months in.
Start with a conversation.
Applying is free and takes about ten minutes. We read every application and reply to everyone, including the people we cannot help. Expect to hear back within five business days.
