Privacy.
The short version. We collect what you type into the application form and nothing else that identifies you. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can have your data deleted by asking.

What we collect
If you send an application, we receive what you put in it. Your name, work email, current role and organization, LinkedIn URL if you give one, what you want to be known for, which placements interest you, anything you have already done in that direction, and how you heard about us.
There is no account to create and no other form on this site. If you write to us by email instead, we have your address and whatever you sent.
Why we have it
To read your application, work out whether we can help, and reply to you. That is the only reason. We do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of an application.
Who else sees it
Applications are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Our team reads them. Nobody else does. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we do not put your name in front of a program, a board, or a publication without asking you first.
Analytics
We use Plausible, which is cookieless. It counts page views and where visits came from. It does not set a cookie, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner here.
There are no advertising trackers, no session recording, and no other third-party scripts on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while we are considering them, and for as long as we are working together afterwards. If we say no, or you decide not to go ahead, tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Write to representation@marquetalent.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law, and we would rather honor them than argue about which ones apply to you.
